Japan's various real estate associations (divided by region) does offer a Multiple Listing System (MLS), however, unlike in many markets it
lacks the many features such as allowing a real estate brokerage to set up clients on custom searches which emails listings based on specific
parameters such as price, location, type of real estate and structure, average price per square meter, etc.
In fact most listings do not even include photos. The only photos one might see on the Internet of properties in Japan is very pricey office buildings and developments by the exclusive and large real estate developers in Japan, most of whom only offer content in Japanese.
We would be happy to set up a custom search for you, and send you details by scanning various documents on real estate listings by email attachments (PDF files and the like). Please note we will not perform such services unless we get an exclusive representation agreement signed before any such search and after initial consultation.
